We are Isabel Hernández & Sofía Krysiak, and together, we built this agency with a shared passion for photography. Being aware of the hardships of the industry, its lack of transparency and fairness of opportunity, as well as the impossibility for any artist to fulfil all the roles being a fine art photographer demands, we decided to found HER.

Isabel, from Madrid, has a background in arts & literature and spent nearly two decades in the editorial world before focusing on supporting photographic projects since 2022. Sofía, originally from Buenos Aires and based in London since 2015, has over six years of experience as a publisher, curator, researcher and promoter.

Our mission is to create a space where photographers receive thoughtful and tailored guidance, facilitating access to opportunities that nourish their work based on their real needs. 

We are committed to fostering honest, empathetic, and craft-focused photography guidance, encouraging photographers to connect with their inner selves first, in order to connect to their audience and to the wider arena of fine art photography.

Through active listening, personalised strategies, and flexible mentoring, we help each project reach its full potential while addressing the industry's challenges. We prioritise honesty, vulnerability, and building lasting connections, ensuring photographers stay true to their vision as they grow artistically and professionally.
